What To Expect If You Attend Live

Going to an event that you have never been can cause anxiety. I know, I use to have severe travel anxiety. Here is what you can expect.

Accommodations

You’ll be staying, learning, and dining at the Aspen Grove Family Camp and Conference Center, located just above Sundance, Utah. If you’re in a double occupancy room, you’ll enjoy a two-bedroom suite with a shared bathroom and sitting area. Right outside your door, there’s a spacious lobby for socializing with other breeders, along with a shared kitchen. If you opted for a private room, you’ll have the added comfort of a private bathroom.

Dining

Meals will be designed by an onsite chef, and served buffet style. Your meals and refreshments will be prepared with fresh ingredients. If you have a food sensitivity, please let us know so we can prepare accordingly. The dining room has a beautiful view.

Conference Room

Training will take place in a contemporary lodge with large training rooms and a front row seat to the nature.

Free Time

Check-in is available on Thursday afternoon, giving you the chance to explore the property or simply relax before training begins. Whether you’d like to unwind or take advantage of the nearby hiking trails, including First Falls and Stewart Falls, the choice is yours. On Friday and Saturday, we’ll dive into team-building activities, including high ropes challenges. There will also be time to relax, connect, and collaborate with other breeders throughout the retreat.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where will the event be held?

We’re excited to welcome you to Aspen Grove Family Camp, nestled against the breathtaking backdrop of Utah’s Wasatch Mountains. This serene setting is the perfect place to clear your mind, focus on learning, and connect with nature between sessions. With comfortable lodging, scenic trails, and fresh mountain air, you’ll find it easy to recharge and immerse yourself in the retreat experience.

Aspen Grove is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and modern amenities, so you can rest easy knowing you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The stunning mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and well-maintained facilities create an ideal environment to spark new ideas and make meaningful connections with fellow breeders. It’s more than just a venue—it’s a place to find clarity, inspiration, and renewed energy for your breeding program.

Does a shared room mean I will share a bed?
Not at all. In our two-bedroom suites, each participant has their own private bedroom but shares a bathroom with just one other attendee. One bedroom features a queen bed, and the other has a twin bunk bed—so while you’ll share the suite and bathroom, you’ll each have your own separate room.
What if I don't know anyone else coming?
No worries! Our retreat community is incredibly welcoming and supportive, and many attendees arrive without knowing anyone else. You’ll quickly connect through group activities, breakout sessions, and shared experiences designed to help you form new friendships and professional relationships. You’ll leave not only with actionable strategies for your breeding program, but also with a solid network of peers who truly understand and support your goals.
Is my ticket tax-deductable?
If your breeding program is structured as a business, your retreat expenses will often qualify as a business-related tax deduction—though exact eligibility can depend on several factors, such as your location and specific business setup. While we’re not tax professionals, we’ll have someone on hand at the retreat to address basic questions and guide you in the right direction.
What happens after the retreat?
The retreat ends Sunday. The community keeps going. Every retreat attendee gets 12 months of complimentary Breeders Lounge access — so the relationships you build in Utah, and the momentum you leave with, have somewhere to live.

Don’t Wait—Spots Are Limited

Your breeding program deserves more than trial and error. Invest in your success, learn from the best, and build a program that thrives.

The breeders who succeed aren’t the ones who wait—they’re the ones who take action.
